We are excited to announce the availability of our new rentable studio spaces in our upstairs area.
Perfect for creators, artists, and small teams, these spaces offer flexibility and convenience to suit your needs.
Studio Space Options
Our studio spaces come in two sizes:
- Flex Studio: 4′ wide by 8′ deep (32 sq ft)
- Mini Flex Studio: 4′ wide by 5′ deep (20 sq ft)
In addition, we offer three private rooms with doors:
- Private Room: 98 square feet
You can add on as much space as needed in the large and small increments, extending your space width-wise. For example, renting two adjacent Flex Studios would provide an 8′ wide by 8′ deep space. Adjacent spaces can be rented to expand or contract your space as required, subject to availability.
